Two Rivers District is offering Den Leader and Committee Member Training in person on Saturday, September 7 in Venice. Other dates are available in Sarasota on Aug 24, Sept 21, Oct 5, and Oct 12.
Fast Start for New Den Leaders is at 10:15 to 11am and is recommended for all new Den Leaders.
This will be followed (11 – 2:30) by Position- specific training for Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear and WEBELOS den leaders, Cub Masters, Asst Cub Masters, Pack Committee members and Committee Chair.
This same material is available online, but it can be more enjoyable and meaningful to do it as a group.
In order to earn our Journey to Excellence Pack Recognition this coming year, all leaders need to complete Position Specific Training by October 31.
This is a fun and easy way to meet the requirement.
No charge.
Bring a bag lunch, notebook and pen, new leader hand book for den leaders if you have downloaded it.

Come learn about Cub Scouting and Pack 95.
Parents will learn all the details while the kids have some fun.
Kids will build a bottle rocket from a recycled soda bottle and launch it off.
We will all make s’mores. Hope to see you there!

Girls will attend the Girl Trooop 1572 meeting. Boys the 157 Boy Troop.
They will be reviewing the BSA 10 Essentials to pack for outdoor activities. Wear your uniform if you have one.
